Introduction
Due to lack of discipline, lack of proper education and lack of concern for others, people in the Philippines are experiencing the effects of POVERTY. Within that generalization and together with Edsamail's fad move to get away with those free for the filipinos, there really isnt anything free here anymore.
Not even a single promo from any ISP here in Manila can give you an unlimited 56K dial-up access for less than PhP1500.00 (on a per month basis). Its either DSL or cable which costs an estimate of PhP2500.00/mo. So how about us who cant afford those kind of expenses per month? Does the government even care? They just act blindly amongst those numerous red tapes and crony families who monopolizies everything here.
There are always alternative ways. And one of them is AOL.
Requirements
AOL TimeKiller (or any equivalent software which makes current usage as not being used at all!)
Credit cards (you can beg, plead, trade, ask or whatever means you have thought about... i leave this one to you!)
AOL ver 6.0 or ver 7.0 Dialer (whichever runs on your OS as long as it is installed and configured properly)
Procedure
First of all you need to go here:

You should arrive here:
Just fill in the blank fields.
Choose a unique Screen Name.
Now enter the Credit Card infos.
You must remember that the FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, EXPIRATION DATE, CARD TYPE and BANK TYPE are all linked together. One wrong info would invalidate your transaction. Which would yield the picture below. If you arrive there, then just press ALT+F4 and start again at Step #1.
Congratulations! You are now a proud owner of an AOL account.
If you click on "CHECK YOUR COMPUTER FOR AOL" you will land here (see picture below). Just press ALT+F4 after it has finished doing its process.
If you click on "DOWNLOAD FROM THE INTERNET" you will land here (see picture below). You could download the most current AOL dialer or just press ALT+F4.
Reminders
Theres no guarantee that you'll succesfully get the first try. Unless, of course, your CC's are fresh and 100% working.
Always use your own email.
Dont forget to use proxies, gateways, socks or whathaveyous to protect yourself.
Open AOL TimeKiller first before opening the AOL Dialer. This makes your session time cost $0. But your Global Roaming cost will always be charged. Got any idea on how to make this $0?
Always make 3 or 4 AOL accounts per month. Log them down together with their date of creation. Then try them after 60 days. why? (look at the picture below)
